?️ ABOUT THE ROLE
◐ Part-Time / Intern | ? 8h Per Week
Join Milio and help us become the leading quality control partner in Europe. We are a small, tight-knit team looking for someone who can assist us in building a world-class lead database to enable our sales and marketing team to run highly effective outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, …).
This is your chance to challenge the status quo, push the limits, and a create real impact in the wonderful world of quality control.
?? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Our sales and marketing teams rely on you to find them companies (”accounts”) and individuals (”leads”) who we consider potential customers (”prospects”). You will have to navigate large amounts of data and come up with clever ways to score prospects to help the team prioritize when campaigning.
Ideate Lead Sourcing Strategies
- Come up with creative ways to identify prospects online or by using lead databases, such as Apollo.
- Continuously be on the lookout for new and better data vendors or lead databases.
Generate New Prospect Lists
- Use tools like Apollo or custom web scraping to obtain the names, domains, and/or LinkedIn profiles of potential customers (companies and individuals).
- Make use of smart filtering techniques and LLM prompt engineering to clean prospect lists for excellent data quality.
- Monitor and ensure flawless updates and uploads of new prospect lists to our CRM (Hubspot) and our custom engagement tool (Airtable).
Contact Data Enrichment
- Use various tools and custom web scraping to enrich companies and individuals by their email addresses and LinkedIn profiles.
- Ensure low bounce rates through email address verification.
- Improve and write scripts to enrich leads with LinkedIn data (connections, profile details, …) to help the marketing team run effective campaigns.
Manage CRM Data Quality
- Keep lead, account, and contact data up-to-date.
- Monitor our CRM and engagement tool for unwanted anomalies and duplicates.
Prospect Scoring
- Continuously improve approaches to score anticipated customer fit and interest of prospects for better prioritization.
? WHAT YOU ARE MEASURED BY
- Prospect Quantity & Data Accuracy. How many relevant prospects do we have in our CRM, and how happy is our sales and marketing team about the accuracy of their contact data and classification?

- Python — you will use and expand upon various tools/scripts written in Python
- GCP as our cloud computing provider
- Excel/GSheet for various tasks
- Apollo as our main data vendor for enrichment and contact data
- Hubspot as our CRM
- Airtable as our custom-built engagement tool
- MillionVerifier to verify email addresses and minimize bounce rates
- OpenAI as our primary LLM
- Notion for managing resources and customer interviews
- Slack is our main communication tool internally

- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You have a proactive attitude, take initiative, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Enthusiast: You are excited about creating custom web scrapers and scripts (Python) and algorithms while being comfortable with handling large amounts of data.
- Communication Skills: Your writing (emails, Slack, …) is always clear, structured, and thoughtful — even if things get stressful.
- Organizational Skills: Staying organized is crucial to make sure you stay on top of conflicting product priorities.
☕ LOGISTICS
This role is fully remote. However, you’re always welcome to join us at our office in London.
