Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend solutions to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the team to share insights and feedback regarding customer trends and needs.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, trends, and best practices in customer service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools.
