We're currently seeking an experienced ML Engineer specializing in predictive models and forecasting to work with client data on our multi-million-user trading platform. You'll be one of the first members of our growing ML team, working closely with our Head of AI to drive product enhancement.

We operate using Agile, Scrum and SAFe framework. Communication will be facilitated via Target Process for task tracking, Slack for real-time messaging, Google Meet for video meetings. Code repository - GitLab for collaborative development.

Time zone - UTC+03:00 (flexible start to the workday).

Key Responsibilities
  • Use vast amounts of historical data to build robust forecasting models - whether financial time series or client behavior forecasting;
  • Actively follow and incorporate MLOps practices;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs;
  • Find areas of improvement at any scale and generate ideas on Data Driven processes;
  • Work closely with teams starting at every step of the customer journey - starting from Marketing and ending with Retention - to help deliver measurable, predictable results.


Requirements
  • Masters Degree in ML, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building successful predictive models (pLTV, Churn prediction, etc);
  • Very comfortable with PostgreSQL, Python (Any ML framework - Tensorflow + Keras, Pytorch), ability to work with Kafka, Gitlab, Docker;
  • Good background in Mathematics, Probability Theory, Statistics, Econometrics, Machine Learning;
  • Fluent in English.


Nice to have
  • Knowledge of KubeFlow Pipelines;
  • Experience with Causal AI (being able to improve forecasting with causal inference to generate product insights);
  • Understanding of SAFe;
  • Experience in fintech/trading, or gambling, betting, e-commerce;
  • Presence of a portfolio of projects on GitHub or other sources.
