In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Dutch-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.

Requirements
