This is an excellent opportunity for individuals fluent in Dutch to join a dynamic team focused on delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Dutch-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and cases.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
