The Mission (Part One)
The real estate industry is fracturing. High-producing teams and independent brokerages are carrying too much overhead. They are looking for an exit strategy from legacy franchise models.
The Houston Properties Team, part of the Real Edge Network, is capitalizing on this shift.
We are not looking to recruit average agents. We are looking to attract entire teams and high-leverage multipliers into the Real Brokerage ecosystem. Your mission is to systematically identify these leaders and walk them through the math of the ownership model.
The Mission (Part Two - Your Role)
Attracting top real estate agents is only half the battle. Retaining them and helping them scale is how true wealth is built.
The Houston Properties Team is building the Real Edge Network - a premier community inside of Real Brokerage.
Your mission is to build the machine. You will create the plug-and-play infrastructure, the training libraries, and the exclusive culture that makes Real Edge the most valuable sub-community in the industry. You are not the recruiter. You are the operator who builds the product our recruiters sell.
What You Will Do
You will be the integrator and community architect for the Real Edge Network.
First, you will build the operational playbook. When a new $50 million team joins our network, you will oversee their onboarding. You will hand them the standard operating procedures, the hiring guides, and the tech stack integrations they need to transition seamlessly.
Second, you will run the community. You will organize high-level weekly masterminds. You will manage the internal communication channels. You will build live events and retreats that forge fierce loyalty among our members.
Your metric for success is not how many people you recruit. Your metric is network retention, community engagement, and the production growth of the agents inside our ecosystem.
Requirements
Who You Are
You are a master of systems and culture. You are an operator, not a salesperson.
Ideally, you have served as a Director of Operations for a mega-team, or you have managed a high-level real estate coaching community. You know how to build a 90-day onboarding plan that actually works.
You are highly organized and obsessed with value delivery. You know that top producers do not want fluff - they want tactical playbooks and a room full of peers who push them to be better. You know how to build that room.
