Sales Operations Coordinator

Location: In‑Office — Richardson, TX
Compensation: $38,000–$40,000 per year
Benefits: Full benefits package
Bonuses: Quarterly and annual bonuses based on team performance

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team through structured outreach, administrative coordination, and customer communication. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in car sales, insurance sales, warranty sales, or phone‑based B2B sales.

The role involves contacting customers, presenting available stock, supporting Sales Directors, and helping maintain accurate sales and inventory data. This is an in‑office position that requires strong communication, organization, and follow‑through.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Outreach

  • Contact new and existing clients to introduce available stock and follow up on inquiries
  • Communicate professionally with customers by phone and email
  • Send stock lists, product information, and prepared marketing materials
  • Support the sales pipeline by completing timely follow‑ups

Organization & Team Support

  • Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and inventory data within the CRM
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for Sales Directors
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials such as emails, stock sheets, and simple visuals
  • Ensure all outbound communication is accurate, professional, and on‑brand
  • Use approved tools and systems to support efficient communication and documentation

Administrative Support

  • Assist with preparing sales orders or related documentation
  • Help coordinate shipping labels or basic logistics as needed
  • Support internal workflow processes to help keep the sales team organized and efficient

Qualifications

  • Experience in a structured sales environment (car sales, insurance sales, warranty sales, or phone‑based B2B sales)
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and presenting information clearly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional and confident phone presence
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, inventory tools, or sales administrative platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create clean, simple marketing materials
  • Tech‑savvy and able to learn new tools efficiently

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in B2B sales or sales operations
  • Experience working with inventory‑based products
  • Experience creating basic marketing assets or email campaigns

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks.
