Description
- Working according to regulations (80T-XX-XXXX) and applicable standards
- Pre-assembly of individual parts and sub-assemblies (drilling, countersinking, reaming)
- Application of joining techniques such as riveting, screwing, and bonding
- Processing of universal rivets, close-tolerance rivets (Hi-Lite and Hi-Lok), and blind rivets
- Application of sealants
- Carrying out rework, repairs, and adjustments
- Assembly of components in serial structural production
- Working in compliance with quality guidelines including proper documentation
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic (production engineering), aircraft structure mechanic, or comparable professional experience
- Solid knowledge of aircraft structural assembly
- Independent, structured, and quality-oriented working style
- Good knowledge of English or German, both written and spoken
- Residence in the regional area or willingness to relocate
