Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to enable continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions to customer needs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance the quality of customer support provided.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
