Hermeus is a high-speed aircraft manufacturer focused on the rapid design, build, and test of high-Mach and hypersonic aircraft for the national interest. As Operations Supervisor, Inventory & Logistics, you are accountable for safety, quality, and throughput across the Atlanta team. You ensure compliance to internal and regulatory standards while building the capability and capacity required to meet schedule. You partner closely with Engineering, Quality, and Facilities to resolve part and process constraints before they impact execution.
You set clear expectations, drive performance through structured training and measurable standards, and address gaps directly and constructively. You create an environment where issues surface early, accountability is non-negotiable, and problems are solved at the right level with urgency.
You operate cross-functionally with discipline and professionalism - escalating when necessary, resolving conflict productively, and ensuring the team consistently delivers against operational commitments.
