About the team and role
Global Market Planning & Growth Strategy Team
The team connects external market opportunities to GBG’s product strategy, ensuring investments are prioritized in high-growth areas and executed effectively. We partner across product, engineering, sales, and regional leadership to align market insights with product portfolio decisions, commercialization, and go-to-market execution.
Market Planning & Growth Strategy Analyst
This role is a tactical contributor within the Global Product Planning team, focused on tactical execution and analysis. You will support pricing strategy development, conduct market and competitive research, and deliver actionable insights that inform product and commercial decisions. This position is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience who wants to deepen their expertise in market planning and strategy execution.
What you will do
- Conduct detailed market, competitor, and customer analysis to inform market plans, product roadmaps and tactical decisions.
- Build and maintain models to evaluate pricing scenarios, revenue impacts, and profitability.
- Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies across products and regions.
- Execute specific projects that support go-to-market strategies, including launch readiness activities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Track performance of pricing and market initiatives, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, product, sales, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of plans.
- Assist in evaluating third-party solutions and partnerships from a pricing and commercial perspective.
Skills we're looking for
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Understanding of pricing strategies, revenue levers, and commercial frameworks.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, with experience preparing reports and presentations.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across functions in a global organization.
- Interest in fraud, identity, or SaaS technology markets is a plus.
