As our Driver Coordinator, you will act as the primary liaison between driver management teams and a variety of internal stakeholders, responsible for the coordination of all calendar scheduling and throughout the planning process of partner activities.
- Act as the single point of contact and trusted operational partner for driver management on all calendar and partner activities
- Manage and prioritize requests from Engineering, Marketing, Communications, and Partnerships, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations before submitting them to driver management for approval
- Communicate confirmed schedules and logistics to internal stakeholders, working closely with the Travel team to align bookings, visas, and performance needs
- Own and maintain a master schedule for each driver, track race events, tests, simulator days, factory days, partner activations, media commitments, WADA requirements (as needed), and personal blackout dates tracking changes in real time via Outlook to ensure accuracy and alignment
- Proactively monitor schedules against contractual commitments, identifying conflicts or over-commitment and escalating trade-offs to leadership as required

- Proven experience in high-pressure coordination roles, such as sports team operations, athlete management, talent coordination, or complex event scheduling
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage constantly changing plans across multiple time zones
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and negotiate priorities between performance and commercial demands
- Demonstrates high levels of discretion and professionalism when working with drivers, managers, and external partners
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work across global time zones and around the F1® event calendar, including evenings and weekends as required
