Position Summary:
The Tax Administration Associate provides high-quality administrative and operational support to BPM’s Tax professionals and clients. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth onboarding, document handling, task execution, and ongoing communication throughout the engagement lifecycle. The Associate works closely with Tax Administration Supervisors and Managers to ensure accurate, timely service delivery across core administrative functions. 

Key Responsibilities 
·                  Support client onboarding, including platform access and engagement guidance. 
·                  Assist clients and teams with BPM software (e.g., Portal, DocuSign, SafeSend). 
·                  Monitor workflow dashboards and track engagement progress and outstanding items. 
·                  Manage administrative tasks: scheduling, document prep, printing, scanning, and meeting coordination. 
·                  Ensure secure handling, conversion, and organization of client documents across platforms. 
·                  Retrieve and upload client files from third-party systems; manage file formats and access restrictions. 
·                  Provide engagement teams with regular updates on document status and workflow progress. 
·                  Support onboarding new administrative team members. 
·                  Collaborate with Supervisors and Managers to ensure task consistency and deadline adherence. 
·                  Deliver high-level administrative support to Partners, Directors, Managers, and staff. 
·                  Maintain confidentiality and uphold firm policies for secure data handling. 
 
Required Skills & Qualifications 
·                  Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal. 
·                  Excellent organization and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple requests. 
·                  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, including during peak tax seasons with potential overtime. 
·                  Strong technical proficiency across Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). 
·                  Familiarity with tax administration software and platforms (e.g., CCH Axcess, SafeSend, STAR, Salesforce, DocuSign) preferred. 
·                  Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through platform navigation. 
·                  Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, client-service-oriented mindset. 
·                  Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
