Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. Experience operating slitter machines is a strong plus but not required.
2nd and 3rd shift available
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery according to job specifications
- Monitor machine performance and product quality during production runs
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor mechanical adjustments
- Load raw materials and remove finished products safely and efficiently
- Measure and inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Complete production logs, quality documentation, and downtime reports
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and work instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams to meet production goals
