Description
We are seeking a highly experienced family law Paralegal to lead our family law practice located in the Del Mar/Rancho area of San Diego, CA.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience all aspects of litigating in family law matters.
- Extensive Knowledge San Diego’s Family Law Court; knowledge of other County’s Family Law Courts in addition to San Diego is beneficial.
- Ability to effectively manage a team.
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, declarations, and legal correspondence.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective and professional communication skills when interacting with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
- Proficiency with legal software, calendaring systems, and Microsoft Office.
Requirements
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of full time experience as a family law paralegal.
