We are looking for a VP - Supply to lead VDO.AI’s supply-side growth by building strategic publisher partnerships, scaling revenue, and driving long-term monetization across digital and CTV ecosystems.

What will you do as VP - Supply :

  • Own and execute the supply-side strategy to drive revenue growth and scalability.
  • Plan and achieve business targets through strong publisher acquisition and partnerships.
  • Build long-term strategies for supply expansion and process improvement.
  • Develop and manage senior relationships with key publisher accounts to ensure renewals and incremental revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Ad Ops, Tech, Finance, Legal) to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline health, account plans, and supply KPIs.
  • Consistently meet and exceed company-level and individual goals.

    • What are we looking for :

  • 8–12+ years of experience in sales, business development, or supply partnerships within digital/ad tech (AdTech experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital, video, and CTV advertising, including programmatic ecosystems.
  • Experience scaling supply partnerships in high-growth environments (1→100→1000 preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and related tools.
