Position Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious, results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our business development team. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in assigned territories.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
· Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project execution.
· Track and report sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.

Qualifications:
· Proven experience in outside sales or business development is a plus.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
· Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
· Comfortable with frequent travel within assigned territory.
· Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
