You are:
As a lead full stack developer, you will be responsible for building modern applications across the entire technology stack, incorporating practical AI and machine learning capabilities. Your role will involve working from initial concept and UX design through backend development and deployment. Additionally, you will be expected to mentor and coach junior developers. Your tasks will include creating intuitive front-end experiences, architecting scalable APIs, implementing data pipelines, and integrating LLM-powered features such as agents, multimodal workflows, vector search, and model-backed automation.
The work:
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure is crucial for this role, as you will be taking ownership of systems that support secure and reliable production.
- Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP is required, along knowledge of CI CD, serverless workflows, and containerization.
- Translate product goals into robust engineering solutions while prioritizing performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are preferred, as this role involves interfacing with internal clients and leadership

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
