About the Opportunity

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced 1099 subcontractors to support our Home Ease residential division across the greater Atlanta area.
This includes maintenance repairs, light-to-medium renovations, and remodeling scopes.

This role is ideal for skilled technicians and remodeling professionals who want to:

Key Responsibilities

You will perform a blend of maintenance and remodeling work, including:

Maintenance & Repairs

• Drywall repairs and finishing
• Fixture installs and replacements
• Repipe support and plumbing assistance
• Troubleshooting and light electrical
• General carpentry and home repair
• Flooring and Tile

Remodeling / Renovation Tasks

• Small-scale interior remodeling
• Bathroom updates
• Kitchen refresh projects
• Trim and finish carpentry
• Flooring replacements (LVP, tile prep, etc.)
• Demo and rebuild as appropriate per scope

Professional Expectations

• Execute all scopes safely and to code
• Communicate with Project Managers for updates and clarifications
• Provide timely progress notes and photo documentation in the portal
• Uphold exceptional quality and customer service standards

Requirements

Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability

• Truck, van, or SUV capable of transporting tools and materials
• All tools necessary for maintenance + remodeling scopes
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience in residential repairs and/or remodeling
• Ability to lift and transport tools/equipment
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Ability to navigate the vendor portal efficiently
• Must currently reside in the U.S.

Disqualifiers

Applicants will not qualify if they cannot provide the following:

• General Liability insurance (required)
• Workers’ Compensation (preferred)
• Valid COI prior to assignment
• Completed W9 + Tax ID
• Completion of onboarding training with a live vendor representative
• Pattern of poor communication or missed appointments
