What You’ll Do:

• Operate and maintain company’s applications, servers, and network. Monitor and administer Linux and Windows systems.
• Take appropriate actions on system alerts based on standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using SQL queries.
• Maintenance of technical documentation (Internal Support team), processes and procedures used throughout normal operations.
• Development of knowledge and skills in network and system administration, particularly with regards to company’s own architecture and platforms.
• Support and maintain Kubernetes clusters, which includes scaling PODs, analyze logs, deploy software revisions.
• Deploy software changes to Linux/Windows systems based on developer/engineering requirements.
• Support, troubleshoot, and maintain monitoring systems (Nagios, Prometheus/Grafana, Splunk), which includes escalated support for any alert triggered, modify thresholds, suggest and add additional metrics.
• Orchestration and containerization solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Participate in 24/7/365 on-call rotation.
• May telecommute from home part time.

Who You Are:

• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Systems Engineer-related occupation

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $150,550 to $155,000 per Year. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
