Oliver Wyman is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Oliver Wyman Forum Team in London.
Please Note: Oliver Wyman/MMC operates a hybrid working policy and we will require the successful candidate to work from the London Baker Street office at least 60% of the time.

What you’ll be doing as Senior Marketing Manager:
You’ll be joining our fast-growing team and will report to the Director of Marketing and Communities (who is based in New York) and serve as a senior member of the marketing team.
As Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensuring marketing efforts are integrated, effective, and aligned with Forum priorities.
You will also oversee the day-to-day execution of high-impact, multi-channel campaigns and support the professional development of junior team members, providing leadership and mentorship to whilst working closely with cross-functional colleagues in Design, Editorial, and Events.
Who we are looking for…
A detail-oriented Senior Marketing Manager with 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably from within a strategy consulting, professional services firm, think tank, or other fast-moving global organization
A creative collaborator with a proven track record of delivering thoughtful and engaging marketing across digital and internal channels
Strong stakeholder management skills – we’re looking for someone who can work with, and influence at, CEO and C-Suite-level internal stakeholders and clients
Account Based Marketing (ABM) and/or Persona Based Marketing (PBM) experience is desired
Experience in supporting brand-focused event marketing and campaign execution, coordinating with relevant stakeholders on event positioning, attendee and speaker targeting, event experience, and amplification is expected
You’ll be curious about C-Suite issues, such as AI, Geopolitics, Workforce, etc. and have the desire to contribute to meaningful initiatives the Forum are leading in these spaces
You’ll have proven experience of managing a small team, including setting delivery expectations, providing evidenced actionable feedback and developmental guidance, and managing in both in-person and virtual environments.
