About the Role

This is a varied position that involves working with partners, clients, and diverse event formats. A standard week might include hosting a conference at Canada Square, coordinating and dinner, and supporting a Market Open at Paternoster Square alongside our 16-person events team. While we handle end-to-end delivery for corporate, partnered, and commercial events, our approach is streamlined and collaborative due to the volume of events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the development and implementation of event plans across LSEG business areas with minimal direction.

  • Plan and complete a variety of events, both hybrid and in-person, ensuring delivery to an excellent standard.

  • Partner with business leads and commercial client to align event objectives and outcomes.

  • Manage logistics such as timelines, suppliers, client engagement, budget tracking, catering, and brand cohesion

  • Collaborate with teams and vendors to deliver high-quality experiences.

  • Provide onsite and offsite support for varied events.

  • Work on projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive experience in corporate or commercial event planning with a consistent track record of delivering outstanding results.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior-level partners and clients.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and organisational ability.

  • Ability to bring solutions to sophisticated challenges and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
