What You Can Expect

Responsible for providing an exceptional level of Customer Service to both internal and external Customers. 

The role comprises of key functionalities within the Customer Experience team by providing support to the department on all functions as well as handling queries from customers in all aspects of the day-to-day business. 

How You'll Create Impact

  • 100% Compliance to all policies and procedures 
  • Communicate successfully with Customers (both internal and external) via the appropriate media, being telephone, email, or face to face. 
  • Learn and understand the importance of Zimmer Biomet products and services and apply empathy to situations/ discussions with the Customers to recognize the potential impact of their actions to people's health and wellbeing. 
  • Providing accurate quotations to Customers for future cases as well as quotations to Government hospitals. 
  • Have a good financial accumen to be able to provide special pricing and quotations in certain circumstances as per medical aid limits, hospital group pricing and other intiatives. 
  • Responsible and accurate handling of queries from funders, hospitals, and internal accounts receivable team, which might include corrections on the SAP ERP system. 
  • Facilitating and monitoring robotic orders and placements with internal role-players as well as third party logistics and end users.
  • Support to the procurement team in terms of documents and queries for exports

  • Experience of Microsoft Office

  • Relevant qualifications in Customer Services or previous experience of working in a Customer Services team. 
  • Positive communication skills 
  • Financial accumen
