Ray Graham Association is a leading Human Service company dedicated to delivering innovative programs and services to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Spring Interns to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our programs.


Position Overview: The Spring Intern will support various programs by assisting with day-to-day operations, participating in team meetings, and helping with specific projects. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in Human Services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Provide support in administrative tasks, client communications, data entry, etc.
  • Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops.
  • Contribute to the development of reports, presentations, or marketing materials.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends or competitors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.


Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Service field or recent graduate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about Human Services and eager to learn.
