You'll be doing things like:
- Processing and managing Pathology Links tasks (lab results, tests, and investigations).
- Reviewing and interpreting clinical data with accuracy.
- Liaising with clinicians to ensure timely follow-up on abnormal results.
- Maintaining patient records and updating systems with investigation outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and data security standards.
- Supporting the practice team with test-related queries.
- Assisting in quality assurance for lab processes and documentation.
- Participating in training and induction to understand healthcare workflows.
