You’ll be doing things like:
- Scanning, coding, and filing patient information into EMIS to keep records accurate.
- Sorting and processing incoming letters and flagging actions for clinicians.
- Summarising new patient records and maintaining up-to-date medical summaries.
- Drafting medical reports and handling requests from patients or third parties.
- Coordinating with clinical teams to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.
- Handling telephone and online enquiries with professionalism and care.
- Supporting audits, reporting, and general administrative tasks as needed.
