RH is seeking a Showroom Specialist to join our team at the Dmitriy & Co | RH Couture showroom in New York’s vibrant Meatpacking District. This role blends creativity, precision, and refinement, offering a unique opportunity to represent our brand within the showroom and across digital platforms. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the luxury market, and a genuine passion for design and style. The Showroom Specialist will provide operational and administrative support while also having the opportunity to showcase creativity through visual storytelling and client engagement. This immersive role will collaborate closely with the principals to bring the creative needs of the company to life.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver an inspiring guest experience through warm, attentive front-of-house engagement
  • Curate and manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling and community engagement
  • Support daily showroom operations, including phones, emails, and appointment coordination
  • Maintain trade verification and contact management within the CRM system
  • Partner with the sales team to assist with client inquiries, gallery appointments, orders, and client service
  • Coordinate creative initiatives such as marketing, photoshoots, events, and collection launches
  • Organize, update, and archive internal documents, files, and digital assets
  • Oversee showroom deliveries, inventory acquisitions, and logistics
  • Ensure the showroom environment is impeccably maintained and curated to brand standards

 

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in a creative or client-facing environment, interior design, fashion, art, or the luxury sector preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and cross-functional partners
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, POS systems, and QuickBooks
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative, adaptive, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Occasional movement of objects up to 20 pounds
  • Minimal travel required
