Job Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative, personal, and project support to our Executive Leadership in West Des Moines.
Key Responsibilities/ Skill Set:
- Lead and execute varied special projects as requested.
- Manage executive calendar, scheduling, and communications (via Gmail)
- MS Word, Excel, and PDF's.
- Handle research and information retrieval using Google tools
- Run professional and personal errands as requested
- Ensure all tasks and projects meet deadlines
Technical Skills & Tools:
- Proficiency in Google Suites and Gmail. Familiarity with google search tools for research and information gathering.
- Skillful use of MS Word for creating, proofreading, and formatting professional documents, and Microsoft Office Suite. Document Management such as PDF's.
Experience & Soft Skills:
- Prior Experience: Prior experience in administrative, executive assistant, or personal assistant role is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Project Management Aptitude: Proven ability to scope, manage, and complete varied special projects successfully.
- Reliability & Professionalism: High degree of integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: A resourceful mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and find solutions independently. ("no task too big or too small" attitude).
- Deadline Management: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Willingness to handle various tasks and situations "of all sorts".
- Flexibility: Ability and Willingness to work with evening flexibility on occasion.
