Major Goals and Responsibilities: 

The driver position supports the Logistics Team by evaluating, managing, and successfully carrying out all deliveries and pick-ups while ensuring the customer and sales rep. satisfaction. The position ensures inventory integrity and quantity levels. This position also helps with building maintenance for the Dayton and Cincinnati offices. 

Requirements

Essential Activities and Responsibilities: 

Delivery / pick up of copiers, printers, scanners, etc (65%) 

• Keep up with all deliveries; be aware of any and all changes made to scheduling. Ensure preparation for route.
• Verify equipment serial numbers on all devices
• Call sales rep and IT before installing equipment, and arrive at scheduled stops on time 
• Have all paperwork signed and returned at the end of the day

Back up for the Warehouse Team (25%) 

• Pull and fill orders
• Maintain inventory levels and accountability
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse
• Assist in other areas (i.e. Shipping, order entry, stocking and set up)

Truck Maintenance (5%)

• Ensure all regular truck maintenance is completed and trucks are kept clean

Other duties as assigned (5%)

• Event setup / teardown; building maintenance

Prerequisites (i.e... education, experience) 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Valid driver’s license at all times
• Must be able to operate Straight trucks, Forklifts and motorized dollies
• Must be familiar with basic PC Operation with knowledge in using Microsoft Office Application
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam to obtain a DOT Medical certificate

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs and above and roll office equipment
• Must be able to sit, stand or stoop for long periods of time
• Must be able to work in hot or cold work environments
• Must be able to work full time
