We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who is detail-obsessed, collaborative, and ready to bring their A-game to a fast-growing hospitality group. What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the full Accounts Payable process with accuracy and accountability

• Review, code, and enter invoices with precision and timeliness
• Ensure all invoices include proper documentation and approvals before payment
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
• Collaborate with the Staff Accountant and support the VP of Accounting & Finance and Senior Accountant as needed
• Help streamline, enhance, and continuously improve AP workflows
• Maintain alignment with Atlas’ financial control processes and documentation standards

What You Bring to the Table

• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and AP practices
• Strong math and analytical skills
• High attention to detail — you catch the small things that make a big difference
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Excellent data entry and communication skills
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively in a fast-moving environment

Education & Experience

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting multi-unit operations and inter-company transactions is highly preferred
