Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A - MedTech Supply Chain Center to be located in Raritan, NJ.
The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A - MedTech Supply Chain Center role will support the Deliver organization. The role will work closely with cross-regional, cross-platform teams to deliver on our objectives in improving cost to serve. This is an excellent opportunity to be at the center of the MedTech Supply Chain organization.
We need a finance professional to deliver on our next chapter of our strategy to improve the visibility into the business and drive efficiencies by providing key insights to the Leadership team. We are looking for a data driven, high energy professional with the ability to go deep into analysis/insight and the ability to influence decisions and actions. The right candidate will have an independent perspective, high engagement, passion for new technologies and an execution focus.
Key Responsibilities:
· Enhance existing processes to drive insightful discussions with business Leaders and influence decisions
· Lead quarterly close process for Center consolidations including the calculation, documentation, analytics and presentation to Senior Leadership
· Partner with key regional and global collaborators to establish robust data and analytics, and governance
· Own measurement of outcomes and overall health of the Supply Chain Center areas of responsibility
· Own and foster relationships with regional teams and franchise Supply Chain teams to ensure effective data handoffs with a focus on data integrity and compliance with the Johnson & Johnson financial procedures
· Develops and continuously improves budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts. Create financial forecasting scenarios & ad hoc analytics to anticipate financial impacts
· Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or related field
Experience and Skills:
· Minimum of 3 years experience and Knowledge in Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Accounting and US GAAP Financial Procedures is required
· An ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, gain alignment and influencing decision with data analytics required
· Proven history of collaboratively working with colleagues across functional areas to deliver results required
· Demonstrated expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Alteryx required
· Effective communication skills including presentation skills required
· Good knowledge of SAP and JDE required
· Master’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
· Proven problem-solving skills and attention to details preferred
· Ability to navigate a complex, matrixed business environment

· Proficiency in English language is required
· 10% Domestic & International travel might be required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$79,000-$127,650Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Additional Description for Pay Transparency The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
