Early Career Program Associate

Launch your career with Panera Bread through a dynamic 18-month rotational program. You will have an opportunity to bring your strategic thinking and innovative ideas gained through your education and collegiate experiences to Panera while gaining hands-on experience in solving genuine business objectives across select departments — including Finance, Procurement, Brand & Concept, Transformation, and Ops Services. Throughout the program, you will contribute to strategic initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop key leadership and business skills.

Upon successful completion, you will transition into a role that matches your strengths and career ambitions that will allow you to utilize the skills and competencies gained from the program to impact critical business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Rotate through the following areas: Finance, Procurement, Brand & Concept, Transformation, Ops Services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges
  • Bring fresh ideas and curiosity to improve processes and drive innovation
  • Work on strategic projects that enhance efficiency, profitability, and guest experience
  • Take part in leadership training, coaching, and career planning sessions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree graduating seniors May 2026 in Business, Finance, Hospitality, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
  • Demonstrated leadership skills (through internships, campus organizations, service, or work experience)
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Flexibility to learn across multiple business areas and adapt in a fast-paced environment
