Early Career Program Associate en Panera Bread

You will have an opportunity to bring your strategic thinking and innovative ideas gained through your education and collegiate experiences to Panera while gaining hands-on experience in solving genuine business objectives across select departments — including Finance, Procurement, Brand & Concept, Transformation, and Ops Services. Throughout the program, you will contribute to strategic initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop key leadership and business skills.

Responsibilities:

• Rotate through the following areas: Finance, Procurement, Brand & Concept, Transformation, Ops Services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges
• Bring fresh ideas and curiosity to improve processes and drive innovation
• Work on strategic projects that enhance efficiency, profitability, and guest experience
• Take part in leadership training, coaching, and career planning sessions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree graduating seniors May 2026 in Business, Finance, Hospitality, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
• Demonstrated leadership skills (through internships, campus organizations, service, or work experience)
• Strong communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, and analytical abilities
• Flexibility to learn across multiple business areas and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Competitive Pay $80,000 Annually.
