Customer Service Representative at Flow Europe GmbH

Flow Europe GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Flow International Corporation, Kent/Seattle (USA) and has own subsidiaries in Italy, Spain, France, UK and Czech Republic. The headquarter of Flow is in Darmstadt, Germany.

As an international company with more than 50 years of experience and more than 15.000 installed waterjet and abrasive waterjet systems Flow is the world leader in development, manufacture and sales of ultrahigh- pressure (UHP) waterjet technology.

We are looking for the following person in our Darmstadt-Eberstadt Office (Germany):

Main Tasks:

• Main contact person for our customers (by telephone, digitally and in writing).
• Telephone and digital sales of spare and wear parts.
• Establishing and maintaining close customer relationships.
• Order processing and quotation preparation of quotations for spare and wear parts in close cooperation with the Flow Europe Team.
• Carrying out of telephone and digital campaigns/promotions.
• Master data maintenance (Microsoft Dynamics AX).
• Complaint processing, incl. creation of the necessary bookings and credit notes.
• AM-invoicing administration.
• Back office for PM-programs.

Your Profile:

• Ability to work in a team and very good communication skills.
• Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
• Completed commercial training as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the Aftermarket and/or Service sector with direct customer contact.
• Profound experience in Active Sales/Direct Sales as well as with ERP and CRM systems (ideally with MS Dynamics AX).
• Native or fluent German, Fluent English (verbal and written), any other European language is a big plus.
• Good, comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Customer and solution-oriented working style and flexible mindset.
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills used to work in an international environment.
• High quality standards and quality awareness.
