The role you’ll contribute:
Responsible for managing the daily operations of the residency program. This position ensures compliance with accreditation requirements and oversees program recruitment. Additionally, this role manages resident needs and schedules, as well as the scheduling for medical students. In addition, this position coordinates departmental activities to support the residency program. Collaborates with various stakeholders to maintain efficient program operations. Contributes to maintaining respectful and dignified relationships with all individuals involved.

Coordinates the daily operations of the residency program office under the direct supervision of the Residency Program Director.
Supports Program Director, Chief Residents, Resident Physicians, and Faculty to ensure a smooth and effective educational environment.
Comprehends training program regulations according to the appropriate accrediting body and integrates those requirements into the daily activities of the program.
Monitors resident compliance with academic requirements and compiles and submits reports including quarterly CHEP reports, AMA/FRIEDA reports, WebADS and GME Track, GMEC reports, and duty hour compliance.
