Key Responsibilities
Daily duties but not limited to:
- Ordering supplies and maintaining a clean and organized office environment
- Helping with new-hire paperwork (government documents, e-verify and more)
- Oversee employee onboarding procedures are completed
- Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators and create quarterly report
- Copying, scanning, filing and reporting
- Basic accounting and bill payments
- Collection and processing of invoices
- Calendar management and meeting coordination
- Creating reports, spreadsheets and graphs by obtaining, compiling and organizing data
- Travel coordination and expense management
- Inventory tracking and management
- Manage a constantly changing environment with a positive, can-do attitude
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Inventory management and organizational skills
- Experience tracking multiple workflows ensuring resources needed for task completion
- Aptitude to coordinate several activities simultaneously
- Excellent time management for themselves and others
- Adaptable to a frequently changing environment
- Ability to run errands on behalf of management team
- Experience completing research tasks
- Customer service skills
- MS Office & Google Suite (Docs, Sheets/excel, Calendar, Gmail and drive)
- Quickbooks Online experience desired but not required
- ClickUp experience desired but not required
- Various internet based productivity tools
