- Select suitable pumps based on hydraulic needs and system layout
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for API and non-API applications
- Coordinate with sub-suppliers for accessories like control & instrumentation equipment
- Present product offerings to clients and consultants
🔍 Technical Coordination
- Resolve customer queries and provide technical clarification
- Suggest alternatives based on feasibility and design constraints
- Participate in pre-bid and clarification meetings
📋 Quality & Documentation
- Understand inspection scope and technical requirements to prepare QCP (Quality Control Plan)
- Perform post-order contract review and prepare internal documentation
- Release indents and notes to purchase teams for accessories
🤝 Cross-functional Support
- Collaborate with Zone Sales Engineers during techno-commercial negotiations
- Extend support to branches, chemical dealers, and regional teams for order closures
🌱 Innovation & Development
- Participate in new product localization and development
- Liaise with internal and external partners to streamline quotation workflows
