Pre-Sales & Bid Support

• Analyze customer specifications and tender documents
• Select suitable pumps based on hydraulic needs and system layout
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for API and non-API applications
• Coordinate with sub-suppliers for accessories like control & instrumentation equipment
• Present product offerings to clients and consultants

🔍 Technical Coordination

• Resolve customer queries and provide technical clarification
• Suggest alternatives based on feasibility and design constraints
• Participate in pre-bid and clarification meetings

📋 Quality & Documentation

• Understand inspection scope and technical requirements to prepare QCP (Quality Control Plan)
• Perform post-order contract review and prepare internal documentation
• Release indents and notes to purchase teams for accessories

🤝 Cross-functional Support

• Collaborate with Zone Sales Engineers during techno-commercial negotiations
• Extend support to branches, chemical dealers, and regional teams for order closures

🌱 Innovation & Development

• Participate in new product localization and development
• Liaise with internal and external partners to streamline quotation workflows
