WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

  • 2+ years of experience working at a Hilton hotel
  • 1+ years of hospitality management experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet hotel needs
  • Open availability to cover vacancies and call-offs as needed

 

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

Our Guest Services Manager shapes our guests' overall experience at the hotel, and you'll work closely with our general manager to make sure we're fully meeting our guests' needs. You'll be in charge of our front desk staff, motivating everyone to give their best and provide responsive customer service. If any problems come up or a staff member is unexpectedly absent, you'll step in to take care of any issues and keep the guest experience positive and seamless. You'll approach every day with a great attitude and a motivation to provide the best customer service possible!
