Compensation:
- $18–$23/hour depending on experience

What You’ll Do
- Review and process repair orders, warranty claims, and customer invoices
- Verify technician documentation and compliance accuracy
- Contact extended warranty companies for claim approvals
- Process invoices through P2P (Open Invoice) system
- Manage rental vehicles, including cleanliness and damage documentation
- Coordinate internal vehicle deliveries and updates to Used Vehicle Team

What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of automotive dealership or billing experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and dealership systems
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
