Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking lead generation results using CRM software and generating reports for analysis and tradeshow decisions.
- Driving lead management efforts from initial capture at trade shows through engagement, follow-up, and conversion into sales opportunities.
- Assist in the development, launch, maintenance and reporting of a multichannel marketing campaign.
- Provide an improvement assessment with recommendation on process and workflow improvements for the commercial team.
- Develop an overall report out of results for presentation to the C-suite board.
- Participate in cross departmental projects in sales, sales enablement, and customer service.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and promotional activities.
- Provide administrative and project support to the Marketing and Commercial team as needed.
- Creating graphic representations of data and translating complex research into easily readable content for stakeholders and other departments.
- Preparing marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs.
- Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials.
- Help coordinate trade shows, customer events, and internal communications projects.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Developing tools and methods for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires.
- Researching consumer opinions and marketing strategies and proposing adjustments to current strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or social media tools a plus.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Schedule and Compensation:
- Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week during the academic semester.
