We are looking for a caring, committed Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents each day.
Shift & Pay
Evening Shift: 2:30pm–10:30pm, Monday–Friday
Pay: $32.30–$34.90/hour
Differentials: +$1.25/hour weekends, +$3.00/hour evening shift

What We’re Looking For
Current PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Current CPR certification
Strong critical-thinking and independent decision-making skills

Your Role
As an LPN at Fairmount, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting a culture of teamwork, respect, and dignity. You will:
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies
Make rounds, monitor resident health, and ensure resident safety
Document resident care and communicate updates to the team
Supervise and guide nursing assistants, supporting their development
Assist with resident assessments, admissions, discharges, transfers, and end-of-life care
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, HIPAA, and the Corporate Compliance Plan
Participate in and support team meetings and continuous quality improvement efforts
Provide compassionate support to residents and their families, responding to needs with empathy and professionalism
