We are looking for a caring, committed Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents each day.


Shift & Pay

  • Evening Shift: 2:30pm–10:30pm, Monday–Friday

  • Pay: $32.30–$34.90/hour

  • Differentials: +$1.25/hour weekends, +$3.00/hour evening shift

What We’re Looking For

  • Current PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

  • Current CPR certification

  • Strong critical-thinking and independent decision-making skills

  • Genuine compassion and ability to connect with older adults

Your Role

As an LPN at Fairmount, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting a culture of teamwork, respect, and dignity. You will:

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies

  • Make rounds, monitor resident health, and ensure resident safety

  • Document resident care and communicate updates to the team

  • Supervise and guide nursing assistants, supporting their development

  • Assist with resident assessments, admissions, discharges, transfers, and end-of-life care

  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, HIPAA, and the Corporate Compliance Plan

  • Participate in and support team meetings and continuous quality improvement efforts

  • Provide compassionate support to residents and their families, responding to needs with empathy and professionalism
