What YOU Will Do:
Servicing Well components and bladder tanks
Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential Well and plumbing systems, guiding customers to informed and confident buying decisions
Pull and replace pumps
Perform repairs on Well systems
Diagnose electrical components
Identify and communicate plumbing and well system issues with customers
Educate customers on their plumbing and well systems, functions, and needs
Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job
Document work performed by following company procedures
Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
Set up plumbing service or installation calls when needed
What We Need from YOU:
2-5 years of residential Well experience minimum
Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures
Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
Must pass a motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability
