Compensation:

• $50,000 - $100,000+/yr

What YOU Will Do:

• Servicing Well components and bladder tanks
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential Well and plumbing systems, guiding customers to informed and confident buying decisions
• Pull and replace pumps
• Perform repairs on Well systems
• Diagnose electrical components
• Identify and communicate plumbing and well system issues with customers
• Educate customers on their plumbing and well systems, functions, and needs
• Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job
• Document work performed by following company procedures
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
• Set up plumbing service or installation calls when needed

What We Need from YOU:

• 2-5 years of residential Well experience minimum
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
• Must pass a motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability
• Physical dexterity
