Indiana Fever Basketball Administration Coordinator
Department: Fever Basketball Administration Location: Indianapolis, INEmployment Type: Full-Time
Pacers Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Basketball Administration Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Indiana Fever administrative and basketball operations staff. An ideal candidate is highly motivated and well-organized with a passion for basketball and a strong ability to multi-task.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a first point of contact for visitors and guests.
- Handle procurement requisitions, data input, reporting, SharePoint updates, and day-to-day organization for the basketball administration staff.
- Manage ordering, storage, and inventory for office supplies, snacks, catering for meetings, staff gear, giveaway items, etc.
- Manage the gifting program for the basketball division including holidays, milestones, trophy basketballs, etc.
- Coordinate images, signage, and collateral for free agent signings, player parking spaces, and facility signage, working with facilities staff regarding installation.
- Coordinate game night needs including but not limited to distributing game day information (agents, contacts, scouts), managing and logging suite requests from executive staff, assisting with credentials and game passes, and more.
- Maintain accurate data for the basketball division including distribution lists, travel-related information, team security documents, staff ticket locations, parking assignments, etc.
- Provide administrative support for team security.
- Support basketball operations as needed with team travel, scouting logistics, player needs and more.
- Assist with executive needs including but not limited to travel arrangements (including passport and visa processing), expense reporting, appearance requests, and more.
- Assist the basketball administration staff with game day duties as needed.
- Manage calendars for the President, GM/COO, and other key members of the leadership team.
- Assist with leadership and team meetings by preparing agendas, presentations, and materials, as well as managing catering as needed.
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor�s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Previous administrative or related experience.
- Strong organizational skills with robust attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects independently and in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude and outstanding work ethic.
- Must be able to maintain confidential information.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and the Internet. Must have the ability to learn and utilize new computer programs quickly and efficiently.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and communicate findings in an organized and easy to understand summary. Ability to interpret directions and technical diagrams.
