AMFM Healthcare is seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. This role is essential in supporting our mission through high-quality visual communication and brand storytelling. About the Role
The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing, designing, and producing a wide variety of engaging graphics and promotional materials. This includes infographics, presentations, brochures, reports, newsletters, interactive documents, event collateral, emails, social media content, advertisements, and other graphic deliverables that support our programs and teams.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal departments, helping turn ideas into visually compelling assets through conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and strong storytelling skills. You will also serve as a brand ambassador—ensuring consistency, providing best-practice guidance, and supporting staff in maintaining the integrity of the AMFM Healthcare brand.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, design, and produce a broad range of digital and print materials
Partner with internal teams to conceptualize and create effective visuals
Support brand consistency by providing reviews, training, and resources
Collaborate on team projects and cross-department initiatives
Stay informed on current design trends and use insights to improve creative output
Track and analyze performance metrics to continually strengthen design campaigns
Use design skills to solve problems and increase brand awareness
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older to apply for this position
Successful completion of required background checks
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
3+ years of design experience (agency or in-house)
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Word)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of print production and the ability to create mechanical files and dielines
A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual communication, branding, illustration, and multi-page layout experience
Physical Requirements
Ability to work on a computer and electronic systems, sit for extended periods, communicate effectively, and lift up to 10 lbs.

We value designers who are enthusiastic about their craft, detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting to groups are a plus, as is the ability to analyze content for grammar, spelling, and clarity.
