We are looking for a motivated and driven Working Student to work as an IT infrastructure Support Engineer (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
About the Role
- You will be helping our IT Infrastructure Support team in their daily business
- Help FlixBus employees to use the IT infrastructure
- Provide hardware or IT services to employees
- Solve IT related requests
- Handle incidents
About You
- Enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a focus on IT
- Available for a 12-month, 20-hours-per-week contract
- You have strong analytical skills and an interest in technical content
- You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and the Microsoft Office package
- It would be beneficial, if you have experience working in IT support, have used any ticket systems, or have experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages
- You are fluent in English
