Context

We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities & Activities  

    • Sales support: Providing support to the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
    • Sales reporting and analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to help the sales team make informed decisions.
    • Sales process improvement: Identifying areas of the sales process that can be improved and working with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies.
    • Customer service: Ensuring customers receive prompt and satisfactory responses to inquiries and issues related to sales orders, deliveries, and product/service information.
    • Sales documentation and records management: Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer interactions.
    • Building the Sales Reports and design the analytical tools for the team
    • Help the team with establishing the tools and methods to monitor the activities.

Profile Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
  • English fluency is mandatory, German would be an important asset
