How will you make an impact in this role?
The role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to make sure we increase American Express' coverage, boosting leads to support commercial area. Your ability to combine analytical skills with a commercial attitude will support and drive productivity of the sales force, accelerate enablement across channels and strategically improve activation where it matters most.
Through the analysis of data trends, this position will provide insights related to main acquisition and small merchant portfolio KPIs, tracking management actions to improve close rates, enablement, activation; and monitor third party partner's data quality.
- Innovate the E2E lead generation and pipeline management methods for different industries, ensuring control and visibility for the leads included in every campaign of the team.
- Create, monitor and optimize lad generation campaigns, ensuring fair and effective allocation across different sales channels.
- Develop and continuously enhance strategies, through campaign management, including regular updates of tools and data sources to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and deliver regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, conversion rates, business contribution, strategic indicators and data quality metrics, demonstrating data analytics and creating high quality presentations.
- Partnering closely with commercial teams to follow up strategies.
- Database management.
Qualifications
- Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data analysis results and performance to drive actionable insights.
- Creative, problem-solver with proven ability to synthesize and connect multiple data analyses.
- Great communicator with the ability to convey a strategy effectively and succinctly to multiple audiences, both orally and in written form.

- Confidence in working with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, and other business tools)
- English Language (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in sales support, data analysis or campaign management is a plus.
